Crank 2: High Voltage

Ok, I'm coming out and saying that I really liked the first Crank film. I grew up in the 80's when there were over the top action films that just kicked ass and had very little plot. There were also over the top action stars, who could barely act, but knew how to kick the shit out of every motherfucker in the room. I miss that kind of cinema. It teaches you nothing and there is rarely a message. They're just fun, popcorn munchers that you can tune out to. That said, I again, thought Crank kicked ass.

Imagine my joy upon learning about Crank 2: High Voltage. He died. But he got better. Fuck yes! The film is due out soon, on April 17th. So to build up to that, I've got both the normal and red band trailers right here, just for you. God bless Jason Statham for continuing to be a better actor than the movies he's in. I cannot fucking wait for this movie.
