Cobra Commander

Quality movie news is so slow, here's a picture of an action figure. Yay!

So, there are a lot of rumors about what Joseph Gordon-Levitt will look like as Cobra Commander, the leader of the evil Cobra organization, in the new G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra film. Previously I had come across pictures of a figure designed for 3 year olds of Cobra Commander and that was in no way worth posting. This however at least has a kind of picture drawing thing of him on the side. That's something.

It would appear that gone is the face cowl, and it's been replaced with this weird see through rebreather thing. His face also looks really messed up, which fits, since Gordon-Levitt has mentioned having to spend hours upon hours having facial prosthetics applied for the role.

With the films August 7th release date still quite a ways off, I'm sure we'll see some actuall pictures of the evil bastard himself soon. But this will have to hold you over for now.
