In a no way surprising move, Mickey Rourke is proudly joining the list of celebrities who have been involved in Wrestlemania. The award nominated The Wrestler actor announced on the red carpet on Sunday that he was very pleased by professional wrestlers' response to his new film. All of them except for Chris Jericho. So he's going to do what any quasi-sane man would, meet him in the squared circle on April 5th for the 25th Wrestlemania.Rourke has said that he's gonna toss Jericho around the ring like a tossed salad. Jericho responded on WWE programming saying he was hurt by Rourke's comments and that Rourke had made a big mistake.
Nothing like a classic celebrity/wrestler feud. Just be careful Mickey. Jericho's Walls of Jericho put Triple H on the shelf for a long damn time. And make sure to get one of those hot female wrestlers to watch after your chiuaua.
